  • How long have you been practicing?

Our firm has proudly served Findlay and the surrounding areas since 1948.

  • How much experience does your firm have?

Our attorneys have over 200 years of combined legal experience.

  • Can you do virtual consultations?

Yes, we have virtual meeting options available.

  • Do I need an appointment?

Our attorneys encourage clients and potential clients to always make an appointment to discuss their matters at hand. We understand that coming to a law firm is not a familiar occurrence for most people, and many feel extremely uncomfortable just at the thought. By making an appointment, both you and the attorney are available to discuss your matter.

Here at Drake, Phillips, Kuenzli & Clark, we pride ourselves in helping our clients in comprehensive, yet easy-to-understand ways. Our attorneys and staff members go out of their way to make sure that our clients are as comfortable as possible.

  • How do I know which lawyer is best for my situation?

As a general practice firm, we have attorneys who routinely cover a wide variety of legal matters. When you call to schedule your initial appointment, our friendly receptionists will do their best to put you in touch with the attorney who is best suited to address your concerns.

  • Will my information remain confidential?

Every person who practices law in the state of Ohio is bound by the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct established by the Supreme Court of Ohio. Under these rules, both existing and potential clients are protected under the attorney-client privilege, which extends not only to attorneys themselves but also to their staff members.

What does this mean for you? You can rest assured that all information received as it pertains to your case unless it falls under a few very narrow exceptions, will remain 100% confidential between you and our firm.

  • How long will my case take?

This is a question that we at Drake, Phillips, Kuenzli & Clark receive from our potential clients on a regular basis, and it is one of the most difficult to answer. The length it takes to resolve your matter depends on many varying factors, including the type of matter, the number of parties involved, etc.

Your attorney will do his best to give you an estimate of the timeframe you are looking at before you begin.
